  1. How did you get into CrossFit?
    I first got into Crossfit in 2018. There was a gym close to where I was living in Dublin and decided to give it a try. Been pretty consistent/addicted ever since.
  2. If you could eliminate one movement forever, which would it be?
    It would probably be the handstand walk.
    However, one thing I love about Crossfit is that there is always something new to learn or improve on. Weakness can creep in fast if you don’t maintain your training and there are always movements that require extra time to master. If you don’t like the movement, it's generally a good sign that you need to do more of it.
  3. What kind of music hypes you up the most during a workout?
    Everything really. This changes on a daily basis. Usually after 5 minutes of the WOD I am just trying to hang on so I don't even know what music is playing.
  4. What’s your favorite time to workout and why?
    That depends on how the weather is. If it’s winter and the weather is cold, I like to train in the evening. In summer, I prefer to trainearlier in the day.

  5. What’s a moment in the box you’ll never forget?
    There are a lot of moments I remember but I would have to say my first ring muscle up was a nice feeling.
  6. What does a typical day in your life look like?
    A typical day in my life doesn’t look too exciting. Of course work takes up a decent chunk of it. I like to train most days, at least 5 and in the evening I like to get outdoors for a long walk or run. I also like to travel, so depending on where in the world I am, my typical day might look a little different. In the winter I ski almost every weekend.
  7. Do you have a personal motto or mantra?
    I don’t have a particular motto or mantra but I do like to live my life using the 80/20 principle. Balance is very important for me so I like to live a little, or a lot according to some people. This for me is traveling, going out with friends for food and drinks (or sometimes alone haha), hiking, music concerts, adventures and finding some adrenaline somewhere. I'm thankful that I enjoy training so getting back in the groove is never a problem for me.
  8. What do you definitely want to achieve this year?
    I actually don’t know but it’s a very good question. Let me figure it out.

  9. Tell us something about yourself that we don’t know yet.
    Apparently I’m a good cook. I am biased but my friends told me and they never turn down a dinner or BBQ invite.
